 The Southland Symphony Orchestra is proud to present Ruslan Biryukov performing the Khachaturian Cello Concerto for our Season Finale, Dr. Sylvia Lee Mann, conducting. Sunday May 5, 2024 at 4pm at Bethel Congregational Church in Ontario California
WHAT: Join the SSO as we present our Season Finale - An exiting adventure featuring Ruslan Biryukov performing the Cello Concerto in E minor by Aram Khachaturian with the Southland Symphony Orchestra. Also on the program - Prokofiev's Symphony No. 1 "Classical" and "La Leyenda del Quetzal y la Serpiente" (The Legend of the Quetzal Bird and the Snake) by José Elizondo.
The performance of the Khachiturian Cello Concerto is dedicated in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
