 As part of a year-long celebration of its 150th Anniversary, First Congregational Church of Los Angeles presents a special “Organ Spectacular” on The Great Organs of First Church -- an instrument appreciated by organ aficionados around the world for its complexity, grandeur, and remarkable sound.
Mr. Christopher Bull, First Church’s Organist in Residence explains, “this instrument is one of the largest, but also one of the most beautiful and versatile organs in the world. It can be described as a 'surround-sound organ' because there are pipes in the front, the back, and in the side balconies.
