Kadima String Quartet: Kadima on Broadway

Kadima String Quartet returns to the Studio City Branch Library to play Broadway favorites.

The Kadima String Quartet returns for Kadima on Broadway! Join us as we explore music from musicals and more!

The Kadima String Quartet’s repertoire is notable for its diversity with a palette ranging from Mozart to Led Zeppelin. They currently sit in residence at the Kadima Conservatory of Music and the Vaughn Next Century Learning Center, placing an emphasis on their pedagogical role, as well as their role as professional musicians, structuring their work around the motto “You play, and you pass it on." As educators, they are actively involved in music education and developing outreach programs in the Southern California area. The Kadima Conservatory has three symphonic programs and conducts a yearly Summer Music Seminar with students of all ages in attendance.

Their concert series offers ten community concerts a year which are provided free of charge to students and community members. In addition, they perform many children’s concerts annually and have been a recipient of the prestigious Coleman Chamber Music Outreach Concert Award in 2001 and 2003. They recently received grants from the DCA, Los Angeles County Arts Commission and the California Arts Council, artists in residence. The Kadima string quaret includes Eric KM Clark, violin Brian Benning, violin Beth Elliott, viola and Lynn Angebranndt, cello.
