PROGRAM: The program will include works of Gabrielli, Haydn, Mozart, Coleridge-Taylor, and others.
THE LOS ANGELES DOCTORS SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA, now in its 69th season, led by Maestro Ivan Shulman, is one of the oldest community orchestras in the United States. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable concerts to the diverse communities of Southern California, to support important medical causes, to support volunteer musicians, including youth, in their pursuit of the joys and discipline found in musical expression, to support emerging professional musicians, and to provide musical growth and fellowship for its performing members.
Audience members must show proof of full vaccination (includes a booster), or a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the performance, and a photo ID. Please arrive 45 minutes early for processing. Masks that cover the nose and mouth are required. If you feel ill, please stay home. We welcome children 6 and older who have been vaccinated.
This concert is supported, in part, by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors through the Department of Arts and Culture, and by the City of Culver City and its Cultural Affairs Commission, with support from Sony Pictures Entertainment and the Culver City Arts Foundation.
