The Colburn Orchestra

The Colburn Orchestra starts its 8th season directed by Yehuda Gilad.  Highlights include: special guest Menachem Wiesenberg’s Reflections and Franck’s Symphonic Variations on the piano by student soloist Esther Keel. The Colburn Orchestra is the acclaimed ensemble of the Colburn School’s Conservatory of Music.

This group of college-age conservatory students makes up a company of developing artists preparing for successful performance careers.  The Colburn Orchestra offers a variety of opportunities for audiences to experience well known gust artists as well as student and faculty performances.  Across their many performances through the season, The Colburn Orchestra strives to share the passion and artistry that is enriched and cultivated within the Colburn Community.
