Mainstage Production: The Colored MuseumA play in 11 vignettes presented as if they were exhibits in a museum of African-American history, The Colored Museum by George C. Wolfe satirizes the black experience in America. Still timely, the controversial comedy from 1986 skewers exaggerated images of and extreme stereotypes about African-American life.
