Classical Encounters Foundation Concerts
Classical Encounters Foundation was formed to provide a venue for outstanding musicians to perform in the welcoming atmosphere of an elegant private home.
This is a unique opportunity to witness classical concert performers in a very intimate setting. Go once and you'll become a regular ! - Performing Arts LIVE
RONNA BINN-HERSH is the host of these very special "Salon" Concerts
RONNA BINN-HERSH is a performing pianist and a piano teacher who has also been deeply involved in helping to bring music to the community for over 40 years by opening her home to musicians for performances and benefit
concerts
This type of intimate setting is different from a concert hall. The audience is small and sits very close to the performer.
This concert series benefits the musicians because they are able to communicate their music with an appreciative audience, and earn some money too. Please review our ticket pricing policy.
It also benefits the community at large as a meeting place for like minded people to enjoy a concert in a warm, intimate, and inviting atmosphere. It?s a place for people to make new friends. Actually, some people have met at the concerts and later gotten married.
After the program, a light supper is served and at that time the audience is able to socialize with each other and to meet the performers as well.
Classical Encounters has also hosted Graduate Recitals for students from local colleges. The foundation will also host fundraising concerts in the future to build up the treasury to be used to help musicians and students.
